In the book of Ether there is a very special and insightful event telling us many truths about Jesus Christ, us and the plan of salvation. Here are the main points I picked up while reading today: A. Jesus Christ is The Father of all He created the worlds (our planet and all other planets, stars, galaxies and possibly other inhabited planets). He is our Father, because He created Adam and Eve. And all this He did under the instructions of God, who send Him to do it for us. B. Jesus Christ didn’t have body of flesh and blood beforehand. He was the great Jehovah in the Old Testament, leading the Israelites from the cloud. We can suppose that similarly to the brother of Jacob, Moses had seen the finger of God writing down the Ten Commandments on the stone plates. Some people call it intuition or good memory or even intelligence, but I think there is much more. Sometimes it’s God talking to us. I’ve had probably many such moments, but I haven’t recognised and recorded (remembered) them. It’s good that since young I’ve kept a journal and I can remember some things, but for sure there were much more. I want to share one that happened just recently. 20180321 It happened at 3:19pm, Wednesday at work. I had to deliver some documents to my friend Jacque, who works in the same place one floor above me. However I forgot about this. I usually keep my phone in the pocket of my trousers and have it on vibration and muted, so when someone sends me a message I can feel it vibrating. Usually during the day at work I don’t pay a lot attention to those vibrations and only after a while I check the phone. The same happened on that day. After lunch I wasn’t paying attention and all of the sudden it came the thought that I have to give docs to Jacque. I d...

Life is more than we think. God knows all and wants to share with us more and more of His wisdom. The temple is a special, peaceful place, where we can stop, ponder and receive more of that knowledge. This is not just additional, extra doctrine or place we go when we need. The temple is the "desert" of our dinner. It is the final step of our conversion. It is a sweet experience in our spiritual journey. But just as we have to eat to live: after a dinner there is breakfast, lunch and then another dinner. The same is with the temple, it is not the end. We have to go over and over again. Just like the conversion: we fail, repent and convert over and over again. And we enjoy and learn more and more. We change and experience differently every time we eat from the desert.
